United Technology Warehouse warrants each laser cartridge to be free of defects in both materials and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year. United Technology Warehouse's cartridges are manufactured
to the most stringent quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds
that of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). United technology Warehouse will replace any of
its laser printer cartridges found to be defective. United Technology Warehouse also warrants that,
subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use, our laser cartridges will not cause damage,
abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible laser printer. If a defect in an United Technology
Warehouse cartridge causes a printer to fail, United Technology Warehouse will reimburse the customer
the full amount for all service and repair of the printer.
This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing us with satisfactory evidence that the printer
failure was due to a defect in one of our laser cartridges, including a written statement on an authorized
service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the company's field sales or service representative.
The product that caused the damage must also be returned. United Technology Warehouse's liability
hereunder shall be limited to replacement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all
other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose. The tampering of any United Technology Warehouse laser cartridge by any persons
other than an United Technology Warehouse representative voids all warranties and releases United
Technology Warehouse's liability as stated above. All returns must be returned in the original packaging
with protection. Any return without proper packaging will not receive credit.
